Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Butter
1 Juice of Lemon
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1,4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
4 Whole Chicken Breasts

Ingredients (metric)

60 mL Butter
1 Juice of Lemon
3.75 mL Salt
2.5 mL Paprika
2.5 mL Dried Oregano
1.25 mL Garlic Powder
1.25 mL Pepper
4 Whole Chicken Breasts

Directions:



4 Whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned. Preheat oven to broil, 260 degrees C. In large skillet, mix together sauce ingredients; cook over low heat until butter has melted. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish; pour sauce over the chicken. Broil for 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning chicken occasionally to coat well with sauce.
